Craniosacral Therapy (C.S.T.) has been a massive part of my life for over 20 years.

I was a sceptic myself about complementary therapy.

As is often the case, like many, until you have a condition or need to slow down and invest in your body in search for solutions - I hadn't even considered it!

I really understand when it comes to health and your body - it couldn't be more personal.
