Craniosacral Therapy (C.S.T.) has been a massive part of my life for over 20 years.
When I was 28 I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, the relapse and remitting type.
The first 10 years were pretty tough and unpredictable but the last 12 with regular CST have been non comparable.
I have found the combination of exercise, what I eat and CST have been my go to, my "M.O.T." and life changing.
To the point that many good friends don't even know I've got MS!
I was a sceptic myself about complementary therapy.
As is often the case, like many, until you are ill or have a condition and in search for any solutions - I hadn't even considered it.
I was very lucky to have great neurologists in Queen Square, London.
It wasn't until my fab Mum Jo, conventionally St Thomas' trained, came home one day when I had to move back home & told me about this lady who was having "such positive results with patients" in her rural GP Practice.
We talked about it and I realised with such potential and no side effects it was definitely worth trying.
My first session with Jane 22 years ago was the beginning of my Craniosacral adventure.
I really understand when it comes to health and your body - it couldn't be more personal.
